Precautions to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus at our concerts

We understand some audience members might be nervous about attending the concerts after such a lengthy period of lockdowns and restrictions . The health and wellbeing of all our audience and artists continues to be our absolute priority, so we would like to share with you:

The arrangements we have in place to help to protect you:

  • A ventilation system will be switched on allowing clean air to flow through the auditorium.
  • Only every other row of the staged seating will be in use and we will have additional chairs at the front on the floor.
  • Additional cleaning and protective equipment has been purchased.
  • Mask-wearing will no longer be compulsory at the concerts, but audience members may feel they wish to continue to wear one.
  • We encourage everyone attending to take up the offer of vaccination.
  • We will keep the precautions continuously under review and adapt them to take account of any increase in infections or changes to government regularions.

We encourage our audience members to help keep everyone safe by:

  • Staying at home if you feel unwell or have any symptoms of Covid, if you have been in close contact within the last 14 days with anyone who has Covid or if you have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine
  • Remaining seated until those on the row in front of you have exited the seating, so there is no crowding on the stairway.
  • Keeping a safe distance (1.5 – 2m) from others.
  • Cleaning surfaces when you have used the toilet facilities.
(Please be aware, wipes will need to be disposed of in a bin, not flushed away.)
