The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 14 September 2012 ion the Main Hall at Brumby Engineering College
Prior to the AGM a short concert will be given by Pam Waddington Muse (soprano) and Peter Sproston (piano).
The concert starts at 7.00 p.m. and after a short break for refreshments at 8.00 p.m. will be followed by our AGM.
Besides being ex-colleagues of our chairman and president they are fine performers in their own right. Pam was for some years the Administrator in the Music Department at Hull University and is now working for a Ph.D in performance, having already given many recitals and performances with choral societies locally. Peter, besides being our Visitor from the National Federation of Music Societies for many years, is a much sought after accompanist. Their programme, lasting about an hour will focus on settings of Shakespeare – very apt in this anniversary year.
